So it has been 5 days since my last post. Over the weekend I did pretty good. I had one bad meal but after the morning and afternoon I had I just simply needed to eat. I had a burger and fries but I made sure to not make my meal a large and only eat till I was full. Sunday was Father's Day and I took my fiancé out for dinner. I did good. I had a salad and popcorn shrimp. I made sure that I didn't go to crazy with what I was going to eat.
Monday for breakfast I had a Starbucks oatmeal and black iced tea. For lunch I had some ham and a yogurt. For dinner I had a big chef salad with red wine and olive oil dressing. It was also a snack later when I got hungry.
Tuesday I had a really bad migraine and didn't end up going to work. I had cereal for breakfast and a tostada for dinner with iced tea.
Today I had a Starbucks oatmeal and black tea for breakfast. Then lunch time came around. My work was having pizza. I was so tempted. I almost gave in but instead I found my friend Heather K. and she helped me by encouraging me to eat a better lunch. I had a lean cuisine and a strawberry yogurt. For dinner since my Papa came home from his trip we had El Pollo Loco. I had two chicken roll ups and a half of a BRC burrito. I also had an iced tea. I haven't had anything since and won't for the rest of the night.
It took a lot to not have the pizza today. I figured, "what the heck I'll just have a couple pieces." The I stopped and found Heather. She helped me keep on my goal. I weigh in tomorrow!!! We will see how it's going!!! :-)
