Food Diary for Tuesday, June 26, 2012 (updated)

 


So here we are, it's Tuesday. That means one more day closer to Friday!!! That also means one more day of making sure I eat better!!! It's getting easier to be more aware of what I am eating. It hasn't been easy but I am getting better at it. However, I did not know that waffles falls under Heather K.'s definition of bread so I will have to change my bread plan for a while! LOL!


So here we go!

Breakfast:

2 Eggo Waffles: 190 calories
1/4 cup of sugar free syrup: 35 calories

Lunch:

Healthy Choice- Chicken Linguini with Red Pepper Alfredo: 260
Fruit


Dinner:

Islands - Chips and Salsa with Guacamole: 320
Islands- Wiqui Wiqui BBQ Chicken Salad (half): 480


I also did my Day Two of my Level One exercise plan. I did 30 jumping jacks and 15 crunches!!!!
