So yesterday, Monday, June 11th) was my first day of making a mental note of everything I ate. I was going to take pictures but I didn't have my phone by me. Here is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast:
1 bowl of cereal (apple jacks - I know I need better cereal but can't let it go to waste)
Cereal with whole milk
Lunch:
Cup of iced-tea
2 halves of a Cesar chicken salad wrap
8 pieces of watermelon
** I passed up the cookies and chips!**
Snack:
Small bowl of BBQ rice
Dinner:
Chicken with cheese topping
Snack:
Bowl of pretzels
This is what I have I had so far today:

I also have had to small cans of pink lemonade but am now turning to water! :)
As my afternoon snack I had a Nature Valley Granola Bar (2 in a pack). In Weight Watcher points it is about 5 points. It filled me up so that helped! :) Also had one pack of Ocean Spray fruit snacks. Yummy!! :)
Goal for the evening is to eat nothing after dinner! :)
