Food Diary for Thursday, June 28, 2012 (Updated)




  



So after a very successful weigh in it's time to record my food again!!!

Breakfast:

1 Perfect Oatmeal from Starbucks with Brown Sugar: 190

Lunch:
Rubios Fresh Mexican Grill - Health Mex Chicken Burrito: 500
Rubios side of chips: 260 
(I didn't realize that the chips weren't calculated into the 500 calories of the burrito. I know now though!)

Snack:

Wegmans - Mixed Fruit Tart, Large 1 slice: 260 
Teeyl - Kraft Singles - 2% Milk American Cheese Slices, 4 slices: 180

 Dinner:
Jose Ole- Shredded Steak Taquitos - 4 Pieces: 280

Exericse:
50 jumping jacks, 25 crunches
