1 Perfect Oatmeal from Starbucks with Brown Sugar: 190
Snack:
1 Pack of Honey Ham = 90 calories
Lunch:
Yoshinoya teriyaki chicken Bowl with skinless chicken, white rice and veggies: 740
(And get this fun fact! I actually ate the veggies!!! I ate the cauliflower and broccoli and the cabbage! What's wrong with me! LOL!!!!!! The best part, I liked it!!!!)
Dinner:
Subway Turkey, Avocado, Bacon Salad with Red Wine and Olive Oil dressing: 410
(I honestly can say that I like the salads way more than the sandwiches!!!)
Grand total of 1,610 calories. :) I am a little hungry but I am going to just drink water and not eat for the rest of the night! :)
Oh I almost forgot! I also did day one of my level one exercise plan that I have in my other blog. I did 20 jumping jacks and 10 crunches! Man that kicked my butt!!! Can't wait for tomorrows!!! :)
