So it's Wednesday. Last night's dinner was great. I had a half salad and it completely filled me up! I was so excited!!! It was super yummy too!!! I did my exercise too which kicked my butt but felt great!!! Tomorrow is weigh-in day!!!! So excited to see how I am doing!!!!

Breakfast:
Quaker Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl, 1 Packet: 160
Lunch:
Lean Cuisine (Eating Right) - Chicken with Basil Cream Sauce: 230
Nabisco - Nutter Butter Bites, 10 cookies: 140
(Let me tell ya, after not having sweets for the last few days those little nutter butters were worth the 140 calories!!!)
Snack:
Carl Budding - Deli Thin Honey Ham Lunch Meat, 10 slices: 90
Cheese Heads String Cheese: 80
Dinner:
Smart Choice Weight Watchers Ziti with Meatballs and Cheese: 390
Snack:
Butter Lovers Microwave Popcorn: 350
Total Calories for the day: 1440 out of 1830
I also did my day 3 of exercise! I did 40 jumping jacks and 20 crunches!
