So here is what I have had so far this morning:
I have a grand total of 1,830 calories for the day:
Breakfast:
1 Starbucks Perfect Oatmeal: 190
Snack:
1 Strawberry Yogurt: 170
Lunch:
Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers- Honey Glazed Turkey and Sweet Potatoes : 250
1 slice of Safeway Select - European Style Artisan French Bread: 120
Dinner:
Lay's Kettle Cooked 40% Less Fat Applewood Smoked BBQ Chips 1 Package: 180
1 Footlong Subway Black Forest Ham on 9 Grain Wheat with Light Mayo, Cucumbers, Red Onion, Lettuce and American Cheese: 750
Total calories for the day: 1,660
I had tea and water for the day!!! I am very proud of myself!!!! :)
It's so funny because now that I am more aware of what I am eating I realize that something as simple as a cookie for 95 calories is a lot in the long run!!! I am learning what to eat and what to avoid!!!
