So since I have decided to start make this positive change in my life I should probably figure out what my weaknesses are for food. So I thought I should probably list them. I am an audio and visual learner! So might as well make a list. I LOVE LISTS!

- Candy (Reese's Peanut Butter Cups)
- Starbucks (Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap)
- Potato Chips
- French fries
- Hamburgers
- Taco Bell (Nachos, crunch wrap surpreme, soft tacos)
- Pancakes
- Pizza (Pizza Hut)
- Pop tarts
- Pasta
- Ranch dressing
- Bean and cheese burritos
- Chips and guacamole
- Donuts
So I am sure this list can go on and on. My goal is to update it as I think of things.
