So today I was going through pictures on my phone. I found some pictures from about 9 months ago. I could notice the change in my face completely. My face is the first place I can see the change in the last couple of weeks of watching what I am eating. It is very exciting.
Something else I have noticed is that even if I am not counting calories completely for a day I am very aware of what I am eating or thinking of eating. That is something NEW for me. I am not used to that. Usually I just eat whatever I want to eat. I used to not care. Now when I look at things I think, "Donna you have lost 6 pounds! You can easily gain that back. That desert shot you are thinking of getting at Applebees is not going to help you. It's all the same was another meal in total of calories. " I am very much aware that is a life change and a way of thinking. Food isn't just food anymore. Food is fat and fat is what I have enough of. I have to get rid of the fat I have, not add to it.
Onto another week!
